Yes Jeanette, phpBay for Wordpress is what you need for mage. You simply swap-out the built-in mage eBay codes for the new phpBay ones, then use your Repost Wizard to regenerate your posts.

The phpBay API is for non-Wordpress sites built with HTML (php).

A single phpBay license is good for ALL your sites.

Thanks for your consideration with the link.

I want to buy thru your link since you helped me a great deal in the mage forums. Just want to be sure I am buying the right thing for mage - I can't do amazon, just ebay. So should I get wordpress plugin for ebay - will that work for multiple sites? Do I need api for anything? Thanks for all your help in the past also!

I am one of what seems like many people who recently got an email from ePN warning me about sending too many bad/blank referrers. I'm worried that this is a prelude to another mass-termination. If phpBay can't help me, I don't know what to do. It's going to be a real pain converting all my sites, but I don't see how I have any other choice. Thank's for the discount coupon.

Wow, ok, so I have owned phpbay for months without realizing I could block ips from within the auction.php code. I've been using htaccess. very handy, thanks for pointing that out! Note to everyone worried about bot clicks: start by block all clicks from the russian federation. trust me.

I have been toying with the idea of buying phpbay anyway because so many people on the mage forum recommend it, but no one told me about all these great security features. Thank you for the discount code!

I just wish I had found this article BEFORE a bunch of robot clicks sent my epc down from .27 to .04. Oh well, at least I can use phpbay to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thanks for a great tip!

John, WPMage preforms better than any other program I have ever used. I can create a blog, then create thousands of future posts that automatically publish over several months. It's ability to 'spin' content from places like eZine Articles and Yahoo Answers makes it a great tool for adding unique content. phpBay will integrate seamlessly into WPMage.

John, With the combination of IP address, browser and referrer checking employed by phpBay Pro for each click, it's highly unlikely that any bad clicks will slip through. Bots used to attack my sites several times a month, but I haven't had any attacks since this phpBay update came out. If you take the blank page phpBay redirects too and tag it with a logging script, you can clearly see the bots are still attacking, they just aren't making it through to eBay anymore.

I still can't see how PHPBay will stop the Bots from Russia, china, India et al from destroying your EPC. Is there something I've missed? IP address blocking won't stop them. Is there no other way?
